TRF - TURBO SIFTER

The loading product enters the machine and it is pushed inside the mantel from a conveying screw. The rotor, composed of cast iron ray systems with shaped plates, is equipped with palette and brushes alternately arranged. Thanks to these, the rotor can display the product on the entire surface inside the mantel, forcing the passage through the holes and the mesh of the mantel, which can be in metal or nylon. The chute is placed under the machine, while the waste is gathered in the hopper, placed on the opposite side from the engine.

The washing process is eased by the structure which is in steel, painted with dedicated products allowing for food contact.
