TPA - INTENSIVE SCOURER

The product enters the rotor, which is made of agitating blades and a perforated mantel. The actions carried out by the blades and the mantel produce friction, advancing and remixing, which makes the cuticle exit the wheat and the refined product, after being kept by a regulating plate, it is unloaded by gravity. The cuticle exits the mantel thanks to a set amount of air flow, which goes through the metallic mesh that covers the rotor. Then, the forced depression of the chute pushes the cuticle out.

The washing process is eased by the structure which is in steel painted with dedicated products allowing for food contact.
