FBP - FILTER LOW PRESSURE

The air with dust flows from the outside to the inside towards the group of filtering sleeves, and it leaves on them the dust particles which fall to the bottom of the filter because of gravity force. On the other hand, the clean air goes through the sleeves and it is expelled.

A timed jet of compressed air provides cyclical cleaning of the filter tissue, taking advantage of the air counter flow. Compressed air is used also to clean filtering sleeves, where the air is released through electrovalves and proper tubes with calibrated nozzles.

The washing process is eased by the structure which is in steel painted with dedicated products allowing for food contact. Moreover, the machine features a pause regulator for the cleaning of the sleeves.
