GSICHTER - PLANSICHTER FOR CEREALS

It is composed of a frame pack realized in stainless steel. Product enters the first frame and it is distributed in the entire machine width, while descending in all the other frames in order to detach the lighter parts from the cereal, reducing impurities entering the sieving frames.

Product is uniformly distributed thanks to an oscillating movement given by a fly-wheel placed on the inferior part of the machine. It is then divided and collected towards the air separator, the scrapes are directed in a dumping chute, sand and wheat feed pellets are directed upwards. The GSICHTER is provided with a link between the air decanted from dust and an external filter.

The GSICHTER performs a continuous sieving treatment on a surface that is wider than traditional separators, eliminating all external cereals with dimensions that are different from the ones of the product, without the need for a specific machine. The scraping activity during sieving process favors detachment of the lighter parts, ensuring their elimination in the machine itself.

The GSICHTER features a power motor gear 2.2 kw, directly paired with the counterweight of the oscillating structure and the steel frame pack features stainless steel Aisi 304 coating. The sieving pack can be accessed thanks to a removable door. With the machine come safety ropes and a skid control sensor. structure is in stainless steel, allowing for easy washing.
